I rated the communication with Diana, who is NOT a landlord of the accomodation, she is intermediary between me and actual landlord.Move-in process: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5.0/5)
Booking process was a bit long to get all things sorted and done, but physical move-in was simple, landlord is very kind.Listing accuracy: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5.0/5)
Additional comment:
Diana is not landlord,she is working for rental company having an accommodation for rent,also listed on housing anywhere site. You will get in touch with actual landlord AFTER the contract is signed,which has to be done in same day as you request the booking. It means you will get booking accepted,pay service fee,send mail with information,then receive an mail with contract details and sign everything in one evening,as Diana is active in evening. It looked bit shady at first,now it seems fine.

Very expensive, not clean, not great quality and services. However, nothing was a surprise and the landlord communicated everything quite clearly.

The landlady and the other flatmates are welcoming and available. They did everything so that I felt at home. The flat is well-furnished and the bedroom is nice. Good neighborhood: quiet and big parking in front of the house. Near public transport and supermarket.

Terrible experience. I didn't met Diana once. She called me every weeks for tasks like going in another house of the street to do some task.
